We can agree that scallions are forever, can’t we? We all know scallions are the best. Add them to plain cream cheese to make your bagel instantly gourmet. Sprinkle a handful over a dollop of sour cream on a bowl of chili and you just made canned dinner fancy! The coolest thing about scallions is, you can cut them for a recipe, put the awesome curly roots in water and they keep growing. Y’all have been working on your victory gardens right? Let’s get a hell yeah to that.

Printed on fuchsia colorplan paper with bright green ink I used two lino cuts to make this print. As two scallions circle each other the edges of the print are framed with the curly ends of the greens. This print measures 10” x 8”. Water based inks are printed on acid free paper which is FSC certified.
