When I started printmaking I set out to carve flowers I had grown. Planted as seeds and nurtured to bloom. As I started printing the stamps I had carved I started to put more thought into the meaning behind flowers. They have histories of medicinal uses, victorian symbolism and a place in mythology. After doing a little research I discovered echinacea is a symbol of strength and health. It has long been a cure-all herbal remedy.

Send some strength and health to someone you love. Hand-printed on a paper bag colored folded card with a ladybird beetle printed envelope to seal it in. This set is an A7 folded card with an envelope measuring 5.25” x 7.25”. Water based inks are printed on paper bag colored paper made of 30% post consumer waste.
